The pace of a small home

Who is looking after your loved one
An RN-MSN in the owning family sets the clinical standard and trains the team. An LPN manager leads the daily rhythm with the professional on-site caregiving team. By day there are three caregivers for ten residents, and overnight one awake caregiver. Read more on care and support.

An honest note about fit
Sweetwater Groves is residential assisted living, not skilled nursing or inpatient rehabilitation. Most residents can age in place with us through hospice.* When a loved one needs ongoing skilled nursing, specialized medical equipment, or care beyond an assisted living license, we will tell you clearly and kindly before any move, and help you think through what comes next.
*Aging in place depends on individual needs and Arizona assisted living rules. Skilled nursing and certain specialized needs may require another setting.
