Yes. Families join our quiet waiting list so we can reach out personally the moment a suite opens. There is no fee, no pressure, and no commitment — it's simply a way to be considered before we open the search publicly.

How quickly can a loved one move in?

Once a suite is available and the care plan is completed, most families move in within one to two weeks. If the situation is urgent, we can often move faster. If more time is needed, we're happy to hold the suite while final arrangements are made.

What does 'all-inclusive' mean here?

One clear monthly quote covers the care plan, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and daily support — no add-on fees for the small things. We share the quote after we understand exactly what your loved one needs.

Most of our suites are held by residents who plan to stay with us for the rest of their journey — so when a suite opens, it's usually the only one for months. Why openings here are so quiet.

Sweetwater Groves is a small, residential home — not a large community. That's a deliberate choice. It means fewer residents, more attentive care, and a rhythm that feels like family life rather than a schedule. It also means we don't have long hallways of empty suites.

Most of our residents come to us when their family is ready to stop moving them from one place to the next. They arrive, they settle in, and this becomes home for the rest of their journey. That's the point of aging in place— and it's also why suites here open rarely, and quietly.

When a suite does become available, we don't advertise it loudly. We tell the families on our waiting list first, and we open a small window for private tours. If you've found this page during that window, the timing may be a gift.
