    The Master Suite.
A quiet, full living space to call home.

Our Master Suite is open — a rare moment in a home that is nearly always full. It's a private, sunlit space inside a small residential home in North Scottsdale, cared for by three caregivers for our ten residents. Walk through it with us, and see if it feels like the right next chapter.

Sweetwater Groves is nurse-owned and nurse-overseen. That means your loved one isn't passed along a hallway or lost in a shift change — they're known by name, watched over with intention, and cared for like family.

Walk through it with us. Take your time — there's no rush here.

If this feels like the right home, we'd be glad to walk it with you in person.

A full living space — not just a room.

The Master Suite was designed for the way a life is actually lived. There's real room to settle in, to keep the things that matter, and to welcome the people who love them through the door.

    Room to actually live

Space for a favorite chair, the books, the photos, the quilt from home — the small things that make a room feel like theirs.

    Room for family visits

Enough space for the grandchildren to sit on the floor, for a spouse to stay the evening, for a real visit — not a hallway hello.

    A private full bath

Their own quiet bathroom — no waiting, no shared schedules, no unfamiliar faces.

    Natural light and quiet

Bright, calm, and set within a real home — the kind of light that helps a day feel gentler.

    Storage for a life

Closet and drawer space that respects the fact that a lifetime of things doesn't fit into a box.

A view of the shared life

Steps from the living room, the kitchen, and the garden — so the choice to join the day is always right there.

This is a home your loved one can settle into — and stay.

    Care that stays close.

The industry average in larger communities often runs one caregiver to seven residents or more. Here, three caregivers walk the same rooms as ten residents, every day — under the steady oversight of a registered nurse. It's the reason families tell us their loved one finally seems seen again.

This is nurse-led aging in place. Continuity of care from independent living through hospice — so your loved one never has to move again.

The best way to feel the difference is to sit in the living room for a few minutes.

Room for the people who love them.

Families visit here the way you'd visit a family member's home — because that's what this is. The grandchildren spread out on the floor. A daughter brings dinner and sits at the table. A spouse stays through the evening, watching the sunset from the same chair they always shared.

Holidays happen here, birthdays happen here, ordinary Tuesdays happen here. The Master Suite has the room for all of it — and the home around it has the warmth to hold it.

    More from inside the home.

A few quiet moments from our home in Scottsdale — the same rhythm you'd feel if you were sitting on the couch with us.

This is what home means here.

Most of our families come to us tired of moving their loved one from one place to the next. What they find is a home where their loved one can arrive, settle in, and stay — through independence, through more care, through hospice, if that day comes. Never moved again.

That's the promise of aging in place at Sweetwater Groves— and the Master Suite is one of the few doors, right now, that opens onto it.

    The next quiet step.

Tell us a little about your loved one. We'll respond personally — usually the same day — and if it feels right, we'll walk the Master Suite together, unhurried.
