What's different here
A real house, not a wing of a building
Ten residents at most, private rooms, a shared kitchen and living room, and a backyard. The scale is the point.
Nurse-led oversight
An RN sets and reviews each care plan. Caregivers are trained and supervised by the same nurse who knows the resident.
A high caregiver-to-resident ratio
Care is close enough that someone notices a change on the day it happens, not on the week it shows up.
One all-inclusive rate
Care level, meals, laundry, housekeeping, and daily support are in one quoted rate. No level-of-care surcharges appearing later.
Aging in place
Residents can stay as needs increase, with hospice partners coming to the home. The goal is that no one has to move again.
