Printable Dementia Worksheets and Activity Sheets

Word searches, crosswords, picture matching, sorting sheets, coloring pages, and caregiver-led sensory scripts — all drawn and written from scratch here at Sweetwater Groves, all set in large print, and all anchored to the years your loved one was young.

Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for. Choose a sheet, press print, and go sit down together. Not sure which stage to start with?

Not sure where to begin? Answer two questions.

Nothing is saved and nothing is asked of you. Two taps and you will have a few sheets to print.

    1. Which stage feels closest today?

    Or start with a collection

Small sets gathered around one moment — an afternoon visit, the restless hour before dinner, a day when words have thinned — with a few plain lines on how to use them.

A word about printing these well

    • Plain white paper takes pencil better than glossy and cuts glare.
    • Every sheet here is one to three pages, and printing one prints only that one. A stack of paper reads as a task; a single page reads as an invitation.
    • Answer keys sit quietly at the end, so you can keep them back or hand them straight over — whichever makes the activity feel lighter.
    • Offer three or four colored pencils rather than the whole box. Fewer choices, less overwhelm.

When activities alone are not enough

These sheets are here for the good afternoons. If the hard ones are outnumbering them, we are glad to sit down with you and talk it through — a conversation, not a sales call.
